The Problem

Corporations experience travel restrictions due to budgets and restrictions. IBM wanted to retain its proactive marketing efforts, which they are known for, by creating an initiative to offer a custom online event experience for constituents to meet with one another.

The Solve

Partnered with IBM to define and grow their brand expression on the virtual event platform. Created a customized, flexible design experience that is innovative, uniquely IBM, and on-brand with the Smarter Planet agenda.

Design

Concept

The rooms are created to mirror the experience that an attendee would have at a live event. Each space is designed to give an event a seamless, holistic feel.

Process

  • Sketch conference environments that aline with IBM standards and integrate with the platforms UI overlays

  • Create detailed moodboards with color palettes, furniture selection, finishes, and people selection

  • Partner with the client team and render firm to bring the space to life
